Depart from Belfast to Lapland this winter on a magical search for Santa or an adventure along the official Northern Lights Route.
Leaving Belfast International Airport in the morning, our direct charter 3.5-hour flight takes you high into the Arctic Circle. Deep in True Lapland, the snow-clad forests and frozen lakes will seem a world away from Northern Ireland where you'll ride snowmobiles, husky sleds and reindeer sleighs through the picture-perfect landscape.
Our Winter Wonderland daybreaks are perfect for families, and no trip would be complete without a visit to see Father Christmas – as you’ve travelled a long way to see him! Returning to Belfast later that evening, you’ll be filled with memories to last a lifetime!
If you'd like to visit Lapland a little longer on a festive family getaway, our Santa short breaks departing from Belfast are ideal. Staying in cosy, traditional village hotels, your accommodation for the holiday will be a good base from which to enjoy the exhilarating activities this extraordinary region has to offer. We only choose resorts in True Lapland far away from the mass-market commercial resorts of Rovaniemi or Saariselka – so with Transun, you know you'll be visiting the authentic Lapland.
Of course, there is something here to take everyone’s breath away, and our Arctic Spirit breaks prove that Lapland is for grown-ups too! Spend three to seven nights immersed in Europe's last unspoiled wilderness while driving snowmobiles across the vast frozen tundra, mushing an eager team of husky dogs and embarking on other once-in-a-lifetime excursions.
